Jessica and the puppies!

Time flies when you're having fun!  As some of you may know, my best friend, Jessica, is here visiting us. When she flew over, she brought my puppies with her!  I'm so lucky to have such a good friend who would go through all of that hassle for me!  Well, they have been here for almost a week.  And we've had lots of fun already!  She arrived last Tuesday, 12 Oct, and we spent about 4 hours at the airport doing all of the things we had to do to get the puppies.  And they finally arrived!
Me and the puppies when we could finally pick them up :)
Wednesday morning, we got up and took a walk to the bakery for some breakfast.  It was cold.

That afternoon we just relaxed and did some errand type of things.  Wednesday night started our Gospel Meeting, so that's what we did each night.  But we got to do some things during the day.

Thursday we went to the nearby town of Landstuhl.  We had lunch at a yummy Italian restaurant, went to the castle there, then went to a coffee shop in town for afternoon coffee and dessert!

Yummy, yummy mini-cupcakes!

Friday, we went to Heidelberg!  I love Heidelberg!  It's a really cute town.  And we took the puppies with us!  It was their first European experience.  And let me tell you, it was interesting.  People over here LOVE their dogs, and LOVE to take them everywhere with them.  The puppies weren't used to being in such a crowded place, with so many people and dogs around.  But they didn't do terrible.
In Heidelberg, we went up to the castle first.  The puppies liked the grassy area on the outside!

There was this one beautiful tree (you can see behind us).  I LOVE the color of the leaves!
So pretty!  The pictures didn't do it justice.

We had fun!

There are TONS more pictures!  You can see them on Facebook :)  That's it for now, still to come:
Saturday - Pumpkin Festival/Japanese Gardens
Sunday - Potluck
Monday - Trier

Stay tuned!
